High Point Homeowners Association, located in Strongsville, Ohio, is a planned recreation community of 635 single family homes and detached cluster units. High Point is incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio as a non-profit corporation and governed by a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions filed with Cuyahoga County on November 3, 1976. Annual dues for association membership (assessment obligation as required per the Covenants and Restrictions) are $330 per calendar year, payable on January 1. In the event of a transfer of ownership, dues are prorated at $ 0.91 per day between the buyer and seller, as of the date of title transfer.
