High Point Cluster Associations

There are a total of 12 independent associations of single family clusters located within the master High Point Homeowners Association. Each cluster group has their own Covenants & Restrictions that are subject to the master association. Each unit pays the annual assessment to the master association and a monthly maintenance fee that is determined by the clusters for maintenance and other services. Note that not all cluster associations are listed here.
